Spoiler: Also in case anyone is wondering, Fall Out Boy is on the next results shows, expecting Michelle to perform with them. Hopefully not as a Goodbye performance like what Amanda Brown got with Ne-yo (It was nice of Ne-yo to let Amanda Brown to duet with him for Let Me Love You) Compared to Idol, It's not a pain sitting through The Voice Results shows, I think because they fill it properly. With Group Performances and then revealing a safe artist along with it. Also three former contestants have been added to the Semifinal Results show. Tony Lucca from Season 2 and Terry McDermott and Nicholas David From Season 3 are set to perform. |
Well Two artists were eliminated on Tuesday (What was the point of eliminating 1 last week then?)
The final 3 is Spoiler: The final works like this Song Reprise Duet with Coach Coronation Song (Sorta winner's single. Season 1 had winner's singles which were brilliant don't know why they haven't had the other season do it.) And on the second night, All 3 acts gets a duet with an established artists. Or at least one. Two artists performed with Kelly Clarkson last season. |
I didn't watch the last two shows, I just checked online what order they finished at.
I was becoming tired of the country acts, I'm not a fan and doubt I ever will be. It's a shame because I've really enjoyed the series. I will definitely check out the next series in the Fall. Pleased Michelle came second, first would have been nice, but hey that's the way it is. |

At least Blake didn't sweep again. Bad News is since they haven't recorded Blind Auditions for 5 yet most all the acts will flock to Blake. although Producers will try their hardest for a not Blake win. He'll not leave until he loses a season i bet because he loves the show so much that we might never see him leave, Well there is the possibility of Miranda Lambert (His Wife) convincing him to take a season break. |
I liked Blake throughout the show, but I was put off by (what appeared to me) his safety net he had with his singers and their song choices.
I like to see the singers perform a variety of music genres, I loved how Usher played Michelle during the series. It would be interesting if Blake did take a break from one of the shows. |
If Adam ever left temporarily his replacement would either be OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder or Fallout Boy's Patrick Stump.
If Blake ever left Temporarily his replacement could be either his wife (Miranda Lambert, Who's songs lyrically are the country equivalent of Adele, especially Gunpowder & Lead), Kelly Clarkson (She's known to dabble with country alot and stuff), or Lady Antebellum's Hilary Scott. (A Country Style band that's known to crossover into Pop alot.) Well that's actually who I would like to see temporarily replace Adam and Blake athough |

You should see the Aussie Version, the panel only includes one Aussie (Delta Goodram), the others are American (Seal, Joel Madden (Good Charlotte the band he sings for is huge over there so it's like he's a Aussie basically), Ricky Martin) Also Danielle Bradberry has been signed to Taylor Swift's Label that she works for. It's called Big Machine Record. Great choice in my opinion. We should learn who Michelle signed with soon as well. I'm sure since she didn't win, she actually gets to negotiate a contract. Season 5's Launch Date has been announced as Sep. 23rd. as well. Also I'm expecting The Voice to get renewed for at least Series 7 and 8, the show this season had it's highest finale ratings yet. |
They're airing commercials over here for Series 5,
They show off Xtina and Ceelo returning to the chairs. A bit of banter including Blake with 3 Voice trophies and Blake kissing Adam on the cheek, and A couple blind auditions. Motto is We're back There's also a shorter one where spotlights come on in a dark room and they're focused on the red chairs. Then goes to the logo and We're Back. Kinda like a BB Eye flash ad. Christina Millian is not returning this season. Ironically she's rumored to join the US version of Strictly as a contestant. (The Lineup sounds pretty good) It's on at the same time as the Voice usually is |
A newer commercial has showed up with Blake and Adam fishing in a mountainous region talking about how they miss Xtina and Ceelo. Then they start singing "Reunited and it feels so good" and then Xtina comes in from the forest looking beautiful and joining in, then Ceelo pops out of the water like king Neptune and joins in. then at the end of the commercial Carson shows up in a boat and says "Hey Coaches!" and then Ceelo says "Now that's insane"
Also in a bit of somber news, Jamar Rodgers a semifinalist from Team Ceelo in Season 2, is in the intensive care unit of a hospital because of a lung infection. He does have AIDS, which probably had something to do with it. Ceelo has tried to contact him along with friends and family. |
the 5th Series starts tomorrow. There's a guy that sings a song called Cold Syrup and he gets all four with the first few words.

This week's Semi will be one hour. They're bringing back The Sing Off for a short run (It's Pitch Perfect as a TV Singing Competition. It's where Pentatonix got their start) and it's being produced this time by the Voice Producers. Which is why they sacrificed the voice back an hour.

Season 6 is starting soon, they've had ads for it already. Looks like they have a new blind audtion set guessing by the ads.
Starts Feb 24th due to the olympics being on NBC. They are using Danielle Bradberry as the artist performing the song for NBC's Olympics coverage called "My Day" With Ceelo sorta distracted last year by the drug charges he was facing, I wonder if he'll come back for the fall one? |

I loved last season, the two things that were wrong with it were the fact that Midas Whale didn't make the liveshows (In Season 5 they added another steal to the Knockouts, Midas Whale could've needed that :( ) and Danielle Bradberry winning.

Pharell Williams has been tapped to replace Ceelo on Series 7. (It was so obivious that he would)
Also Series 6 is in it's final week before the liveshows. Knockouts have been thrown out in favor for a 2nd round of battles, Two major differences from the first time are that there's only one key advisor that is shared among the four teams (Who's Chris Martin.) and the pairs get to choose their song from a predetermined list made by their coach. The top 20 show will not be "Live" this year. It's being prerecorded. But same rules as always. Top 2 choices by America per team go through automatically, then the team's coach chooses the third. The twitter save is back for the Top 12 on and they're adding a singoff to it. There's one less liveshow as well so it's likely that 4 artists will be in the final. |

US version is better anyway, since they got rid of the requirement that the finale must have an artist from each team in the final.
Now if only they'd get rid of Blake and Adam for just one series. |
I really hate Blake's acts in every year that I've watched The Voice USA.
