Hang on...I'm not totally up to date on this and cba reading six pages, so can someone please clarify.
From what I understand Caroline ordered no cigs on the shopping list, the smokers were obviously annoyed, and so BB has provided some anyway? Err...why? What on earth is the point in that? That's if I've understood this right... |

Day 52: Not angry, just disappointed
5 mins ago When Caroline sabotaged this week's shopping list and spent all the money on sweeties, the smokers' reaction was bound to be the most volatile of the lot as there were no tobacco products in the delivery. In the event, Luke A and Adam took it as you might expect considering their raging nicotine addiction had been pushed to its absolute limit. Perhaps, for a more rational review of how housemates took the news that they had no cigarettes, no decent grub and only confectionary on the menu for the week, we need to look to those who don't have so much history with Caroline to see how it all went down. Scott and Sara might be the best port of call. Neither of them smoke, after all. While Luke S, Conor and Ashleigh saw the funny side, Becky seemed genuinely baffled as to how to react. Caroline laughed throughout, but the atmosphere was so uneasy, nobody who was reasonably neutral seemed sure how to respond. Scott, Caroline's some-time best pal, was the first to take issue with her on level ground. He spoke at a reasonable volume but was clearly annoyed when he told her "you know 100% that you're going tomorrow so that's why you did it. So that makes you selfish". He rolled his eyes as he went on: "what a great legacy you leave". The Outsiders went outside and the Insiders took up their position in the Living Area. Meanwhile, Sara and Scott took up position in the bedroom. Both were seeing it from the same perspective. "Why is she pretending to find it amusing when she obviously doesn't?" Scott asked of Caroline. Sara didn't know. She wore the world-weary look of someone who's spent long enough in the House to know this kind of caper's par for the course and that sometimes the best possible reaction is no reaction at all. No anger. Just disappointment. |
I'm glad they've got their cigs... she didn't order them to be spiteful and thought it'd be a funny prank, despite it being done before and by those far superior.

What shocked me most was luke S,Conor laughing at it, when 5 mins before they had said they were sick of eating ****, but both thought it was funny? If Luke A,Adam had done list and just ordered cigarettes can you imagine them ?

That's the difference between what she's done and what Harry did - he made a point of ordering everyone's personal items, no matter if they were tobacco or hair products, and only used the community portion of the budget for cereal and bananas. Luke S and Conor were laughing about no tobacco, but I don't think it sunk in right away that there was also none of their chicken and no vegetables. |

When other people did similar things there was humour involved and they didn't target particular people. Caroline's sole intention was to be spiteful and, rightly so, it's back-fired on her! She still looks like a nasty, spiteful child and the smoker's have fags. Caroline 0- Decency 1 :joker: |
BBUKLive: 8.19pm: Ashleigh's waiting in the Smoking Area in silence, next to Luke A. Sara, Scott and Becky hide on the sunbeds. #bbuklive
