When you have the mixing of genes, the result is quite random. So when it comes to two people; one white, one black having a baby then the baby can be born ranging from very light to very dark.

Their ancestry would probably play a part in those chances too.

Fair enough. My step-mum's biracial and her kids are at the slightly darker end of the mixed race scale (but not 100% black I don't think).

She's been here coming up 7 years now and I reckon she had her day between 2006 and 2008. She's been a background character since 2010 and even if they wanted to give her new storylines I fail to see what they would give her. Since she's arrived on the square, she's had three partners dead and has been locked in a cellar by some psycho Christian? She's exhausted.
