I know it's a bit over sentimental but I will be visiting the area of Scotland where Caroline's ashes lie on Monday. I will go to the rememberance garden and say goodbye from all the kind folks who have left wishes on this thread. Your kindnesses will be told!

Hi Lee - Caroline is still in what had become her hometown of Motherwell. At the Crematorium Remembrance Garden - sooty can tell you more as it's just a destination in my Sat Nav as of yet.

I do hope everything went ok on your journey this week.

It did, but real sad to me - I thought I could speak to the Caroline place but very tearful to be there and silent. the one thing I've told sooty that I was able to say out loud "Bye for now Caroline, the people on TiBB who loved you are all heartbroken”.

I had made a promise which I had to fulfill.

I am pleased you came home safe, Ian. It is not a good weather over there at the moment, is it?

I would hazard a guess she was mid to late 40s, much too young to die.
