Excuse me? I'm not sucking the fun out of anything, or even attempting to...I was merely suggesting a few ideas as to how this could possibly be improved on and made (in a sense) more fun. There's no need to exaggerate. I quite like the idea of presenting both real life and TiBB policies, and presenting the campaigns anonymously means people will actually be basing their decisions on the policies that people have spent time devising? What's wrong with that? That sounds quite fun to me...to see who can come up with the best policies and be rewarded for doing so. That's not sucking the fun out of this at all. They were just suggestions...Christ almighty...
Ok calm down Jack, and please don't be cross with me for saying that. I'm struggling to understand where the sucking the fun out of the event comes into play also, but let's leave it be. Put your ideas forward to the host. They are good, several people have said so.

Sorry but I'm not going to be accused of sucking the fun out of some game when I was merely trying to offer some ideas as to how it could be made more fun and more worthwhile. I will happily admit when I've been accused of doing something I am doing, but when all I've done is try to think of how it could be improved on (nobody has to agree with me but again, I'm not trying to spoil it) I find it rude to be told I'm somehow sucking the fun out of something I'd quite like to enjoy :conf:

Fair enough then. It's only because I had mentioned a possible way of getting around the 'popularity contest' issue and you both appeared to be complaining about people bringing that up that I concluded it must've been partly directed at me as I was one of the few who had said it. But if you weren't then I apologise :p

It wasn't me who said it Jack. I don't think anyone has sucked the fun out of it, but everyone interprets things differently. So while I think the comment was invalid, nobody was specified. Let's leave it.

I'm leaving everything public and viewable, like a real election. But I do like some of the suggestions and may implement some of them further down the road.

For the time being we have 4 candidates (Lee, Kate, Lucas and Apple) confirmed and three that have qualified but not said if they are happy to be there. If I get ten before any of those three confirm they will lose their spot.
