I really don't think Fewer followers = fewer fans, think of all the people thats been watching since the show started that doesnt bother with twitter, or any social media for that matter.

Lets look at it as if I worked in a shop.

So I have complaints from various customers saying they don't like how i behave or my customer service is lacking.

Should i just tell the customer to get over it and say "i'll do what i want" or do i take on board the comments and think to myself *actually if all these people are thinking my customer service is bad then maybe i should take a different approach?

Also think of Channel 5 as the boss of that shop. Does that boss agree its right for me to behave as i want or that i should please the customer and make them want to return in the future.

I like Marcus, but detest how over-the-top he is now. It actually ruins my enjoyment of the show. Also, he's massively overused now. Once upon a time, he was the narrator. Now, he introduces the host and says the eviction message to. Why?!

its the same old thing, some of you think just because you watch big brother you have the god given right to confront professionals about doing their job.
