No matter how good the series, Saturdays have always rated badly, sometimes even half of what it gets usually. I seem to recall that the big row between Dappy and Luisa aired on a Saturday, and got 2.07m, I think the highest ever Saturday rating on Ch5... officially it jumped to 2.63m so a lot of people recorded it. I reckon that will be the case for tonight, a big timeshift.
I'd say it did very, very well if it gets 1.6m+ for tonight, if it was any other night, I would predict 2.1m. |
trust probably one of the best episodes of the series to air on a Saturday :/
|
I know :( Luisa and Dappy's fight was on a Saturday as well iirc
|
Last night's teaser will save tonight I think. It was a brilliant idea. I predict if the overnights are lousy then the officals will be huge.

Teasers have proved to be successes in the past, no idea why they don't do them more. seem to remember at the end of the show there was a teaser of David and Lisa in London and the HMs running in the camera runs... that episode ended up being one of the highest rated HL shows...same thing happened with Daley's ejection, they showed the "this morning" thing with him being ejected, even though they didn't show it fully until the following the night... that night of the aftermath ended up being the highest rated HL show for a civilian series. |

UK TV Ratings @TVRatingsUK 1m
Away from BBC1 and ITV #CelebrityBigBrother on Channel 5 was yesterday's most watched with 1.69m/8.7%. Very. very good for a Saturday. Also the fact that it was a low rated day all round yesterday makes it better. That should be a sure 2m+ officially. |

Poor for Dr Who, yes.
Also must note, I am not 100% BUT I think last nights rating is the highest ever Sat rating for a summer series of BB on Ch5 (this includes normal BB and all summer series of CBB8, CBB10 and CBB12). |

CBB 10 first Saturday got 1.82 and CBB 12 got 2.23 (officials)

CBB10- 2.2m CBB12- 2.3m Overnights for those two series average were 1.8m and 1.9m. No CBB summer series or normal series has ever beaten the rating of last night. If your asking where BB is at currently, its overnight average so far is 1.93m. So if we are to compare, it is higher than the two previous summers SO FAR. |

Primetime Shares (19:00 to 23:00 - inc +1, I think)
- BBC One: 25.8% - ITV: 12.4% - Channel 5: 5.9% - Channel 4: 4.5% - BBC Two: 4.2% Wow, Channel 5 come 3rd on a Saturday! and by quite a bit! |
