I said its likened to a theat rape and i do think Ofcom should be involved as people watching will think if you say vile things like this you will only get a slap on the wrist and fact it wasnt

Then why did Perez and Nadia get Ken out then.....hypocricy. We havent seen the beginning of the argument but we saw the end with his revolting remarks. Typical of him. Just like Nadia to blame Katie, I thought she shook hands with her? Just so twofaced, even then she didnt think Perez was in the wrong.

If it's Katie's fault that Perez said something disgusting how come Nadia didn't blame Perez for what Alexander came out with?

There you hit the nail on the head by now claiming he never said it

It wasn't a rape threat. YES it was a stupid comment and he rightly had a warning but Perez presumably repeated it when asked by an angry Callum to prove he wouldn't be shouted down by him.

Very true.

Vulgar sexual threats are excusable, but *don't* you dare ever question weight or names. That's just a step too far.

Interesting.

She doesn't offend me. I'm wise to her act.

She's a professional troll who the show was built around. That's not for me I'm afraid.

Amy Jade 30-01-2015 10:29 PM

Now people are blaming Katie, Cami and Calum...wow

Perez makes a very open threat, repeatedly. Shows no remorse for it and it's somebody elses fault?

I literally can't @ this wth

ofcom only get involved if there has been vote rigging or if a person has been falsely portrayed or comments made that were wholly inaccurate.

An argument is not an ofcom issue, not even close

Have you never seen a face off of "do you want a piece of me????? well do ya???? Come on then!"

That's all it was, i was bought up in the 70's/80's, there was always peacocking at my school, yes Perez said it in a sexual way, but lets face it, it was an empty threat, and i have had many of those in my life!

Which is probably why i wasn't shocked by it, but my daughters would have been horrified and that's probably because they haven't had the same life experiences as me, it was not acceptable what he said but he would never have literally meant it.

Oh get off your high horse, I have already said in a long post earlier I agreed with the warning and that he was wrong to say it.

Before you accuse someone of justifying something when they are not and have already said they agreed it was wrong and the warning was right, I suggest you possibly read their posts firsts.

However after saying that, as with most issues, other areas of topic around the matter and others, opens up a wider expansion of comment as to reasons why some explosive things come about.

Also, even if I was trying to justify it, which I was in no way doing so, you practice an odd sort of fair play by telling me to stop doing something.
You have no right on here to tell me what to do at all.

You tried to say that he'd 'raped' a window the other day!

Words are just that. Nothing more, nothing less!
Some people just use any excuse to be outraged and if it involves someone they don't like then it's all the better for their imagined cause.

Yeah but it wasn't a threat, it was used to insult and antagonize. Calum certainly wouldn't have feared for his body but was rightly annoyed by how vulgar the comment was.

You go and say that to a police officer and see the outcome
