I don't usually like Joel but he went up in my estimations last night. What Joel said was totally spontaneous. He was the only person who was shocked at the unfairness of it.

Yes, Danny totally manipulated that vote, it was horrible to watch.

Bang on!!!

Joel actually told Danny and Christian to make the decision, because he wasn't going to. Christian reminded Joel of that in the garden. So Joel opted out, but wasn't averse to the decision being made by others. Joel also gave the opinion that he wanted to keep Chloe, so he didn't entirely opt out, did he?
Danny did not manipulate the vote, he said he was closest to Jack and Chloe, which was true. The others went along with that. Where was the manipulation exactly? Was Joel manipulating as well then when he said he wanted to keep Chloe - even though he was making a principled stance and supposedly not being involved?

:clap1: He was just thinking out loud. The fuss the OP made over this is laughable.

For the people who are so proud of Joel for not being a part of the situation, need I remind you that it was his *SOLE* nomination of Sam that put her in that position in the first place? Such a short-sighted view.

Yes, he didn't refuse to go for the button and nominate someone when the money was running down. Why not?
Last year we had a winner whose morals weren't the best to say the least, and this year we might get one who puts himself across as moralistic to the point of being sanctimonious and holier than thou. Are people over - compensating for last years mistake or what? I'd LMAO if he won. :joker:

I think Danny was they only one who spoke the truth,he is closer to Chloe and jack,if Danny was playing the game,he would of wanted Chloe out, right or wrong they seem to think its between Danny and Chloe to win, have to say this year I havent got a clear winner, the only one I don't want to win is Joel,he is such a pompous individual.

Exactly, but it doesn't fit with the Danny hate to be honest and acknowledge that.
I hope neither Danny or Chloe wins, tbh. I'm not that fussed about the rest, the best for me is Jack.

Very true and when he spoke to BB it was just what most of us said it should have been the public vote not DANNY's which it was because they all followed him like little sheep.

When Joel opted out he asked Danny and Christian to decide. Christian quoted him saying that in the garden afterwards and Joel agreed. So he wasn't even thinking about it not being a public vote at that point.
It's funny how bits that don't fit the Saint Joel agenda are completely ignored as if they never happened. :joker:

How Ironic is this thread.....all week end everyone been banging on about how disgraceful the twist was against Sam (not that i agree at all ) and outraged they are...and now the same people are calling Joel a slime ball because he refused to be part of it....he's the only one who agrees with you and the only one who refused to do it Sam....AND YET HERE YOU ARE...WITH YOUR JOEL IS A SLIME BALL THREAD....there is a serious lack of intelligence taking place here...

There is a lack of intelligence in not realizing that not everyone thinks Joel refused for moral reasons.
I think you should read the thread - you'll find the answers to the question that seems to be puzzling you.

REDCROP 12-07-2015 12:49 PM

Dont worry Vahfungel you're not naive ...you're just dealing with some stupid cretins....of course Joel is a better person than Chloe or Danny...too many reasons to list but if for no other reason the fact that he never resorts to violence or physically attack people when they feel threatened ...like attracts like...that's why you like Joel and these unpleasant and unintelligent idiots on here like Chloe ....

REDCROP 12-07-2015 12:51 PM

Chloe is part of a modern disease of sub class people that decent working class folks find revolting
