You do 3 predictions. 1st for single eviction. 2nd for double and 3rd for triple.

1st and 2nd you do like always/normally do, 3rd one you have 3 nominees instead of 2 and two evicteés instead of just one, otherwise it´s like predictions 1 and 2.
