Earlier in the day Lisa had been spotted enjoying a mini bottle of wine at the train station in Warrington before coming to London which may have affected her balance.

Her unfortunate fall left her spread eagled on the pavement but luckily Lisa managed to keep her bottle of plonk and her half eaten sausage away from the ground.

She saw the funny side of her trip and posed for photographers with the bottle, lifting it to her lips and pretending to take a swig.

After she pulled herself up 48-year-old Lisa decided to have a cigarette before heading back inside her hotel.

It seemed she was in high spirits again and she leant back, waving her legs in the air.

Lisa just about managed to cover herself up thanks to a large black scarf which she’d draped over herself.

Earlier in the evening the mum-of-one had proved to be a good sport during her Celebrity Big Brother appearance.

Sending herself up with host Rylan Clark-Neal, Lisa took out the bins at the TV studios in her underwear – something she is well known known for doing.

She later hitched a lift in a golf buggy and rode around in her red lingerie

Lisa was seen swigging on a mini bottle of wine as she waited for her train to London earlier in the day

The reality star has previously been criticised for her public flashing but Lisa is unrepentant.

She told The Sun Online: “I’ve been asked if I’m embarrassed being papped with my bits and bum out — why would I be?

“I know I get caught off guard but I don’t mind. This is me. Why would I be embarrassed of being me?”

She added: “The UK needs its own Kim Kardashian and I’m happy to fill that spot and make women realise that life’s too short to take yourself too seriously.

“I’ve got the big womanly bottom and the long dark hair like Kim, but I’m the down-to-earth version.”
