I give to some charities, but yeah I can’t disagree with a lot of this, never ever ever sign up to direct debits on the doorstep, the money the companies doing the door to door campaigning get is ridiculous and is pretty much the first 8 months of donations

And don’t even start me on the Salvation Army and them using their funds to promote homophobia

Omg one time a homeless man asked me for money for a drink and I said "got no cash sorry" and then he asked me to go and get him one myself using my card (we're talking about a bottle of water) but I panicked and said "I'm late to my job interview but if you come back here at 3pm I'll have time"
