After Tina hit Ian she mentioned that he tripped and fell, maybe another injury to the head?

It would of been a good ending if the duff duff was Ian offering Sharon the vic, the extra part with the marriage proposal was random and not needed

She mentioned to Shirley when she confessed that he hit his head on the table, which left him dazed if I’m remembering correctly. It certainly won’t have helped his state :joker:

It looks like they’re trying to rehash the Lucy story, along with Bobby cleaning up the blood

It’s strange knowing that someone who’s worked on Emmerdale and Coronation Street is now in charge of Eastenders. I get working on the first two because they have similarities but Eastenders is a whole other playing field. I feel like Kate’s portrayal of Eastenders is the same as what people from up north think London is like

We need a team who eat sleep and breathe the show, a complete production/writing team overhaul. The state of the show now is making 2012/13 look like 2005

7 year old me watching this on TV with family and thinking it was real

Notice how only one character was talking in this entire scene but you felt the presence of everyone because the show had so much life. Great actors and writing, no cheap plot devices and 0 character assassination

Stuart revealing to Rainie he’d killed Callum’s boss / hid his body only for them both to be turned on and have sex :umm2:

They’ve also completely destroyed the relationship between Ian and Ben for a plot device. With that being said I hope Suki ruins Bens life just like he’s ****ed with everyone else’s

Their relationship has always been a mess but it’s never been on this level, it’s at the point where I think Ian hates Ben just as much as (or more than) Phil!

I love classic EastEnders on Drama.
All these wonderful characters. I miss them all.

Ian looked after Ben when he was little and they were very close.
But with Ian grassing and then accusing him of murder, things are very frosty lately.

Things have been frosty ever since Ben murdered Heather, Ian had a mental breakdown over it.

Most of the Square are murderers anyway, including his son Bobby and Ian himself is no saint.
