He took an Easy Target.

Even saying he had a motive is stretching it too far. One group of people he never met got involved with killing other people he never met. So he decided to kill some who was thoroughly uninvolved (and who he never met)

The only thing resembling a motive was the ideology he was being driven by.

He should be executed forthwith

we all know its just words. The parole board will say he is a fine upstanding citizen in 10-15 years and release him

We're stripping citizenship away from vulnerably groomed children. No way he gets out in 10-15.

But if they're not in the country they cost us nothing. Keeping people in prison long term is actually very expensive... Which is half the reason (more like 80% of the reason) for early release.

Prisons are run by private companies. The gov have shown repeatedly that money is no object when it comes to wasting money on companies owned by the wealthy.
