Trump is definitely winning this. He's still extremely popular.

not sure about that now

Kamala Harris could stand a good chance, if she is indeed running, and if she also chooses a good young running mate

extremely popular? umm maybe in Trump's own little world he is, but only reason he was a favourite before in these elections was because his opposition was demented Biden whom he easily demolished in that one debate, now against a stronger and younger opposition not so sure how he'll do when his opponent can fight back in debates

It's all about popularity. Is she well known enough to win? I doubt it.
The only one who could realistically beat Trump is Obama himself.

Trump will be slaughtered in any debate against a half-reasonable opponent, he only knows how to be wuippy and sarcastic but of course his loyalists will lap that up and hoot their little MAGA socks off (which doesn't matter - they're voting for him regardless). Anyone else will admit if he's losing every debate "by the scorecards".

The issue is, it seems to matter less and less these days... Trump voters simply don't care about old-style politics. They're more interested in his "preach to the choir" rallies and social media jabs.

Obama would undoubtedly wipe the floor with Trump but, alas, he has had his two terms as POTUS.

Maybe Michelle Obama could be a good candidate? Not sure she would win, bur still

bots 22-07-2024 07:50 AM

all bets are off with Biden stepping down. There was a genuine reason for people sitting on the fence and not wanting to vote because everyone could see Biden was too old. Now, the real issues at stake in this election should come back to the fore and there is nobody better than a woman to represent protecting women's rights

Biden was going to lose, now the real competition begins

imagine being such a orange moron to pretend getting shot, as if we are supposed to believe that was real and not a political stunt

the shooter even was a registered republican?

Trump even knew exactly when to take cover and which position to look at with his head so the bullet would mildly scrape his ear, and what about the shooter being seen before he fired those shots and his security did nothing

Mystic Mock 22-07-2024 07:55 AM

Good luck to Kamala Harris if she is the candidate.

But I do feel like that first debate from Biden has given the Democrats a bit of a deficit to try and overturn.

I don't think she's well known enough to win. Maybe Michelle Obama could?

Kamala Harris will be more likely to get it because she's the current VP.

Just like Vance would most likely become the Republican candidate if Trump decided to step down.

That's what I personally believe anyway.

Nicky91 22-07-2024 08:01 AM

Trump and stepping down

NEVER, that orange moron gets a kick out of all this attention and social media likes

:joker:

he'll even try next elections when he is 82 :hehe:
