They always make them ‘comfortable’ as they drift away. There is no way the whole Royal Family have gone to Balmoral if she was literally comfortable…

I know someone whose grandad had a heart attack at the age of 87 and he went to hospital.

Doctors said he had another two heart attacks over the next day. An operation or treatment couldn't be performed as he was too elderly, frail and would die during the operation anyway.

So he was given mophine to make him comfortable but he wasn't told he was going to die. The morphine made he feel okay but he was very ill.


He died the next day. :(

I was reading through that thinking you were going to say at the end that he made a miraculous recovery :sad:

Had Prince Charles and a couple gone and no others.
That would indicate possible positivity.

ALL the main ones actually rushing up however.

yes, i'm afraid the optics make it clear that there is an inevitable outcome. They will have been advised by doctors with more details of the queens condition
