Just a random comment on the BBC's outro music just now, it was from one of my favourite Synthwave bands, The Midnight. An instrumental version of the song "sunset", which makes perfect sense. Japan being the land of the rising sun, and now the sun setting on their world cup journey. 99% of synth bands don't make enough to live off their music, so this really stood out to me, really cool. I hope they get a nice little few quid from the BBC using that.
