My Christmas message to you all…something I read to my children every Christmas Eve….

Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house
No creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
In hope that St Nicholas soon would be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
Whilst visions of Sugarplums all danced in their heads.
Out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
When what to my wondering eye did appear
But a miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer.
More rapid than eagles, coursers they came
And he whistled and shouted and called them by name.
Now Dasher, now Dancer, now Prancer and Vixen,
On Comet, on Cupid, on Dancer and Blitzen.
To the top of the porch to the top of the wall,
Now dash away, dash away, dash away all.
So up to the house tops the coursers they flew,
With a slay full of toys and St Nicholas too..
As I drew in my head and was turning around,
Down the chimney St Nicholas came with abound.
A bundle of toys he had flung on his back..
And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack.
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.
He spoke not a word but went straight to his work..
And filled all the stockings and turned with a jerk.
Laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose.
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle
And away they all flew, like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight..
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night…

Happy Christmas lovely people xxx

I’ve bought my wife a fridge for Christmas: I can’t wait to see her face light up when she opens it.

Dead On Christmas Eve
Three men die on Christmas Eve and go to heaven, where they’re met by Saint Peter. “In order to get in,” he tells them, “you must each produce something representative of the holidays.”

The first man digs into his pockets and pulls out a match and lights it. “This represents a candle of hope.” Impressed, Peter lets him in.

The second man pulls out a tangle of keys and shakes them. “These are bells.” He’s allowed in too.

“So,” Peter says to the third man, “what do you have?”

The third man proudly shows him a pair of red panties.

“What do these have to do with Christmas?” asks Peter.

“They’re Carol’s.”

So it's the Eighteenth!

Back in school, my friends and I used to joke that today is Satan's birthday.

Can you guess why? Firstly, it's exactly one week until Jesus's "Birthday."

Second...
Spoiler:

There are three sixes in eighteen :joker: hey, I never said we were clever!

So first we have (um) Satan's Birthday, then seven days later we have Christmas, and seven days after that we have New Year Day!

But just under a week after that we have ... Little Christmas! Also known as the Twelfth Night, or the Feast of the Epiphany.

BUT BUT BUT!!! In Ireland, it's known as Women's Christmas. A day where the men traditionally take on the household chores, and cook their woman a nice big goose.
~coughgav coughmrcherie~

So basically, to the TiBB women, remind or inform your men of this tradition, and have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!
