I see there is still gum flapping defending the pair, I still wonder why the paps chose this particular even to follow them, they have been in New York before and why not give them a photo, whats the big deal, do like Diana did on the slopes all those years ago, agree to have a few shots taken if they agreed to leave them alone after that, its just photos...they were dressed to the nines, hell the paps have to live too, this is their bread and butter

no one went faster.

watch this short video

Now the odious couple and their creepy spokesman are saying it wasn't a factual statement they made it was just about their "feelings"

they have now totally backtracked as they have been exposed

It's obvious what's happened here. Whether you like them or not, they're always desperate for attention. It can't really be denied at this point. They've not really been in the public eye for a few months, been all about the King and that nonsense, so this is just the next leg in their "leave us alone, we don't want any attention" worldwide privacy tour.

Cherie 19-05-2023 09:35 AM

Oh we get down to the nub of it now, Charles and Willie have not 'reached out' since the incident

There is a point where chase becomes a silly descriptor though. The Diana chase for example was at 50mph + whereas the H&M "chase" could only have been at 20-30 through a region with traffic lights on every corner.

Yes good points

Well I waited with baited breath.....and this story just keeps giving

God that Obid Scobie is such a sleezeball....the back tracking is just embarrassing.

Two questions here:
1) why were the press so desperate to photograph them on that particular evening
2) why were such attention-hoes so desperate to avoid the cameras
?

Not to go all tin-foil, but something must have been going on.

I know. They did a bit photo-op when they arrived so who would want to buy a pic of them in a car?

All we seem to be aware of is one company involved and 4 photographers who are refusing to hand over any photos/video's.
It seems really strange that none of these photos have been published....

It just sounds like a massive publicity stunt....and in very bad taste.

Imagine being Dan Wootton and referring to someone else as an "odd little propagandist".

Exactly, its all very odd, unless they changed into their jim jams on the way home?

This might be a bit far fetched but there have been rumours that Harry is missing UK life and I sure like that time he and Megs took an Easy Jet flight which was never repeated, the novelty of having to work for a living and meet deadlines is probably beginning to war a bit thin, they have done Netflix, the book and the interview where do they go from here, unless Meg returns to acting and Harry is a stay at home Dad, what better way to do an about face than to say its too dangerous to stay in America....

The rate of marriages that don't last long these days is fairly high. And celebrity Marriages is very high.

My prediction is that they''ll be over soon.

bots 19-05-2023 12:56 PM

the problem for H&M is that they have burnt so many bridges, going back becomes very difficult.

Imagine a scenario where they decide to become working royals again. Charles may think it's a great idea, but will any of the other royal family want that now? Would the British public want it?

I would not be surprised that Harry missed some aspects of his life here...and seeing all his cousins and his family coming together I reckon that hits him hard...because he isnt part of it anymore...and that is all down to him.
Despite intrusion by the Press...he wallows in adoration and he has lost much of that too. He has been getting it in America but even that is on the wane.
I think they both have dug themselves a big hole...I cannot see them returning here in any capacity....but I may be wrong.
How sad they felt it necessary to attack his family....had they not, they really could have had the best of both worlds.

I hope not as they do seem to be very much in love, but who knows, love isn't always enough you need to be happy in your life as well

The British public are notoriously fickle I think they would be welcomed back, Willie and Kate would hate it but Charies would see it as a victory for the Monarchy

There was a 'secret' meeting in March, and its all gone very quiet with regard to Andy downsizing to Frogmore

I think they are brazen enough to do it

I don't see it happening but I do agree with that; not so much that I think Charles is personally desperate to have everyone back together, but he would see it as a massive PR win if they all agreed to kiss and make up and H&M and the Royal Grandkids moved back to the UK. Funnily enough, I also think they'd be much more open to them taking on a more bespoke role as active royals than they were willing to offer before all of this.

It COULD happen but I highly doubt it.

Frankly if it DOES happen ... ... ... ... my Alf Radar will go off and I'll brand the whole thing planned/a conspiracy :suspect:.

It’s never going to happen, no one one wants that pair of two faced attention seeking liars back.

i just can't see any circumstances where Meghan would come back to the UK permanently. Harry, yes, meghan no. All the press stuff and racism stuff makes it a complete no no

Don’t forget they wanted a half in half out arrangement from the beginning Liz wouldn’t go for it…bit harder for Charles I am sure the rift isn’t doing him any good

user104658 19-05-2023 03:30 PM

I want him to come back, take loads more notes about Charles' sausage-fisted reign and his brother's thinly veneered messy marriage, and then write Spare 2: Willy's Boogaloo :flutter:.

user104658 19-05-2023 03:31 PM

It's a double-entendre because the book will be mostly about William, but interjected with anecdotes about his own cock.

user104658 19-05-2023 03:32 PM

And referencing the fact that Charles' fingers look like chodes.
