That's not really the issue. He betrayed the miners.
Anyone can luck into pretty much any job by being in the right place at the right time. I've seen it too many times to understand how things work.
Kinnock also campaigned against Corbyn, because Jeremy wasn't interested in betraying the miners with him, over 40 years ago.
