On the date thing... you can change the date format on edit profile...

The date is technically right. However, I told Pj to enter dd-mm-yyyy, which would output 21-1-2008.

Pj has either entered mm/dd/yyyy, which would output 1/21/2008, or has Photoshopped the U2U.
