Since then no other than the thought of upsetting other people death doesnt scare me at all i thought i was dead and the only thing that bothered me was how loved ones would feel.

Exactly. But Bob, we'd surely miss you here. No matter how crass or old-fashioned, there'd be a hole that even The Truth couldn't fill. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/p...ial/shifty.gif Seriously though, it's good to have you around, don't go dyin anytime soon. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/p...rential/28.gif

I believe there's no life after death but I don't really mind the idea of that. The absence of being sounds quite relieving, I suppose.

It does sound quite relieving. Turning off Shaun. :bawling: Yes, not a good thing. We've already lost Scott for the time being, let's not welcome bad thoughts. Lalalalalalalala!:devil: http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/p...miley-6116.gif

FGS, shall we list the ways?

[someone should form a new thread on this] Ways they'd like to die, ways other people die, ways.... already too morbid. Withdraw!

Nope I'm not scared of it.

I don't really believe in an afterlife either. It's gonna happen

A little sensitivity in this thread wouldn't go a miss. Just saying.

From whom? infact it doesnt matter but sometimes making light makes things easier.

I'd just rather we didn't joke about death and members, too close too home with Kerry.

Same as most people - death in itself doesn't scare me...what leads up to it scares me more...

The thought of losing other people is infinitely more terrifying to me.. I have had a few friends recently who have lost their parents and I just don't want to imagine it... Hopefully though my folks have good genes - I have a grandad still going strong and living in his own house at 95 and my nan is in her late 80s (and planning her 2nd wedding)...

Opening a thread asking people to talk about death then being touchy about the subject seems odd to me but as you wish.

Considering the topic was opened over three years ago, not really.

Ah always a danger when a topic is dredged from the depths by someone at least you chose to mention it eventually the likelyhood of someone reading 7 pages of death talk before posting a reply to posts made that day was remote to say the least is it not?

I think freezing to death wouldn't be so bad. Your whole system just slows down, you go numb. It wouldn't be a horrible way to go.

obviously a drug overdose would be the best way though. atleast you get to be high and well feeling good.
