Her opinions are pretty half-baked though. She boiled down the Flint thing to "it's not been fixed because most of the populous is black."

It's a bit more nuanced than that; the lead pipes were put in place decades ago, and the plans have since been lost - nobody is really sure where they all are. Finding them would involve digging down roads and sidewalks to find them, which could damage the good pipes in the process. The entire process would cost a lot, and this is a place with little money...

So far good consistent HL shows. Things flow quite naturally and it can go in many directions, slowly boiling.
