A ham and cheese sandwich with a packet of cheese and onion crisps and a cup of tea for lunch

bag of salt and vinegar squares
a tiny bit of a boost bar
two of the big(ish) blue cola bottles

then for drinks tea, water and one of those like 10p raspberry artificial juice pouches
