From the Liverpool FC Website;

"9. His FIFA 2012 profile gives him 91/100 for acceleration, 90/100 for agility and 86/100 dribbling. The area he needs to work on - if the football console is to be believed - is slide tackling, at which they rate him 24/100. "

Liverpool buying players due to FIFA

It's comfirmed he's not playing tomorrow for Fulham

This deal will depend on if Charlie Adam agrees to go in the opposite direction and sign for Fulham, I think.

Two birds with one stone, we get rid of our worst signing of last season and sign a player that will be ten times better.

Novo 17-08-2012 05:54 PM

Watch Charlie Adam go and be amazing for Fulham if he signs

Locke. 17-08-2012 07:03 PM

Looks like it won't be happening actually:

Fulham have fined forward Clint Dempsey for refusing to play for the club - but the ECHO understands Liverpool FC have no interest in signing the player.

This afternoon, an angry Martin Jol claimed Liverpool have "embarrassed" Fulham over their failure to follow up an inquiry for Clint Dempsey.

The Whites boss confirmed that star forward Dempsey has told him that he wants to leave Craven Cottage for Liverpool.

Reds manager Brendan Rodgers admitted last month that he had made an inquiry about the 29-year-old, but the Ulsterman has never lodged a bid for Dempsey, which has left Jol fuming.

I knew I shouldn't have expected much from a Deana fan, but that is even worse than something LegendKiller would come out with

Nothing wrong with that, quite proud to be in second place

West Ham are hopeful of beating Arsenal and Liverpool to the signature of Clint Dempsey, who is determined to leave Fulham before the start of the season according to manager Martin Jol.

Arsenal have agreed a fee with Barcelona for selling Alex Song.

Not really fussed about losing him.

Jayson 18-08-2012 05:11 PM

I'll miss his hair the most

Ryan57 18-08-2012 07:03 PM

Song is no big loss. Such a dirty bas-tard. Great passer though.

Spearing on his way to Forest for £3m

Novo 19-08-2012 02:35 AM

It's all going wrong

Locke. 19-08-2012 02:36 AM

Yes, how will we cope without Spearing

Novo 19-08-2012 02:40 AM

can't be any worse then how you coped without him today anyway

Locke. 19-08-2012 02:44 AM

Can remember Spearing's debut, he came on at Real Madrid when we were murdering them in the Champions League (4-1 I think), expected him to go on and become one of our main players but it just hasn't happened.

We must be signing a new DM though if he is leaving.

Novo 19-08-2012 02:55 AM

Step up Steve Sidwell
