It's a brilliant Game imo, this franchise is mad underrated as it has fun combat and really good storytelling.

This Game in particular just builds and builds from it's more humble beginnings.

And the ending is really clever if you've already played Mafia II.

I played all 3 of them maybe last year for the first time and agree with your underrated comment, excellent experience. The first game (remake) was stunning and really nailed the mafia story feel. II I thought was a more fun version and the final twist was great. III I can take or leave but driving around New Orleans listening to the 60's soundtrack is fantastic.

I agree with most of what you've said.

And I especially agree with you about Mafia III's Music, it's a brilliant asset to that particular Game imo.

I’m playing online atm, haven’t got around to the story mode yet. Luckily I’ve still got all my data so nothing was lost yesterday but I have to reinstall all the games that were on my extended storage onto my ps4 (which is impossible since the PS has such crap storage).

I like the hunting and crafting aspects of this game. It allows you to be more involved and have to actually think about things that you do in game. GTA kinda holds your hand and guides you where I feel this game mainly doesn’t and I quite like that about this game.

i am a Zandvoort Champion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow

don't ask me how though, i struggled a lot with some height differences, transitions from one curb to another, lost grip few times but was able to recover nicely

1. Johnny Herbert (GB)
2. Max Verstappen (NL)
3. George Russell (GB)

increased my lead in drivers championship, and in the constructors i am only 1 point away from 2nd place (Andretti-Lamborghini 3rd with 300 points, Red Bull 2nd with 301 points)

Monza up next

Nicky91 29-08-2024 12:47 PM

my teammate DNF'd in the final lap, not exactly a crash but he just came into the pits and retired, was on 1 lap and 21st so good on Enzo for saving his car in one piece and no major problems either

he did quali in 11th place again, twice now barely missing out of Q3, so not bad i think, an improvement from Juri Vips at least

Nicky91 01-09-2024 12:48 PM

my 2nd DNF of the season

******* Gearbox problems :idc: after 10 laps

the race result

Monza

1. Lance Stroll
2. George Russell
3. Oscar Piastri
4. Max Verstappen
5. Lando Norris

so i still have a good enough lead in the drivers standings, 97 point lead, but in the constructors, i see Red Bull walking away from me again a little bit to 311, with me sticking at 300

going for new engine, so another grid penalty for me, this time in singapore's night race

Enzo finished the race though, as 20th and last, but he finished it, unlike me  me dnf'ing same as Checo Perez :joker:

Nicky91 03-09-2024 01:36 PM

Sampdoria (me: Jorge Simao)

i qualified to knockout stage of conference league, 2nd in the group behind Heart of Midlothian

am 11th in the Serie A, not bad i guess although i could've had more points by now, if not for amateurish defending :joker:

Spurs wanting Winks back, Watford wanting Pussetto back since i apparently didn't give them enough playing time

winter transfer window now, not sure what i am gonna do yet, probably a defender to sort out that defensive problem, and maybe a new midfielder since i lost winks

losing pussetto not too disastrous, since i still have Quagliarella, De Luca, Gabbiadini, Lammers, Chermiti as offensive options

with my main no.10 being Fabio Carvalho, and Sabiri as a backup option (although i have him in central midfield currently to also give him enough minutes)

Nicky91 05-09-2024 01:26 PM

alright

i lost Winks, Pussetto, Cuisance, Amione, as they all were returned from their loan spells to their clubs

i did sign a korean defensive midfielder Lee Kang-Hyung who made an impressive start with us

am currently 10th place in the league, advanced to another round in coppa italia (after 0-1 behind quickly turned that around and won convincingly with 4-1)

next season will be a disaster i think Quagliarella retiring, as well as Rincon also retiring, and then loan deals of Lammers, Sabiri, Castro also expire

Quagliarella will be the biggest loss i fear, how important he has been this season :(

Mystic Mock 05-09-2024 10:47 PM

How many seasons have you been managing them for?

my first season (also my first ever time i am playing Serie A on a FIFA game)

now with the Serie B, that excites me more, rather than just one league

also promotion/relegation that sort of excitement

So you should be given time by the board to expand on your team for the second Season from the players that you're working with.

i'm currently 10th, above expectations (which is avoid relegation)

i survived group stage of conference league either

So barring a complete collapse in form, you should be able to keep your job.

won at home 1-0 over Torino in the league, 90+3 goal by Wieffer

and i pulled off an amazing cup upset, knocking out Juventus in Turin, after extra time, with 9 man (2-3)

quarter finals of the cup now :dance2: yes two direct red cards, (Tomas Rincon, Toshio Ogawa)

man of the match in that cup clash: Kang-Hyeon Lee

Dogeatdog 06-09-2024 12:53 PM

I’m now a distinguished bounty hunter on Red Dead Online and I’ve been making good progress as a collector too.

One thing that was annoying tho was that I found a treasure map with the treasure being located in the Bluewater Marsh area of the game. It was on one of the small islands in the swamp area and loads of little red enemy dots kept appearing on the radar whilst I went through the water with my horse.

Bruh I got to the treasure, collected everything, turned on eagle eye and I was literally surrounded by alligators and I didn’t even realise I had been swimming with them to get to the treasure.

Was ******** myself trying to get out of there in one piece.

Nicky91 09-09-2024 01:18 PM

am a semi finalist of the coppa italia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer2:

4-1 win over Empoli

am currently 9th in the league, and our first game in the conference league knockout stage, home vs Ferencvaros, a 2-1 win, so i better also focus in budapest then

+ i scored a world goal with Quagliarella  and a worldclass save of my goalie Nicola Ravaglia (whom wanted to consider retiring but i made him change his mind with a new contract :D)

LaLaLand 09-09-2024 01:52 PM

Recently started over Batman Arkham Knight (PS4 but playing on PS5). Haven’t played in for many years.

Fantastic game.

Nicky91 11-09-2024 12:39 PM

okay

am at a losing streak now

shocking loss against (19th) Cremonese (0-2)

i also lost away against AC Milan (2-0)

and the first leg away also vs AC Milan (3-1) loss, so i have things to recover at the return home game

Quagliarella deffo retiring sadly :( so next season without him and Rincon will be a enormous struggle, also wanna give me more depth next season in certain areas midfield and defence especially

am confident about my chances of staying on as their manager, 10th and nicely away from the danger zone so

am loaning out Daniele Montevago to Clermont Foot next season, he has potential but lacks experience not worthy yet as a immediate replacement for quagliarella

Nicky91 12-09-2024 12:53 PM

jeez

away match vs Hellas Verona ended in disaster :(

5-0 loss, with two red cards for us, Rincon and Zanoli

although i did win first leg of R16 conference league home vs Bodo Glimt, easily with 7-0, so i am pretty much with one leg in the next round there

Nicky91 12-09-2024 12:57 PM

my Sampdoria technical staff (sort of made up myself on notepad)

Coach: Jorge Simao (POR)
Assistent Coach: Nuno Mendes (POR)
First Team Coach: Gianluca Pagliuca (ITA)

----
oh i am also head coach for Belgium now :D and i call up Fellaini again, same goes for Mertens, and a few talents i myself like Adewoye, Tirpan just for them to gain more experience

Nicky91 15-09-2024 01:47 PM

Marvel's Avengers

i really like this game

a bit more challenging for me personally, but i like learning to challenge myself tbh, and i really like the variety in playing different MCU heroes with all different skills, abilities, weapons, strengths

and yes i am a fan of Kamala Khan

Nicky91 17-09-2024 01:14 PM

Kamala's powers are truly EPIC :worship:

Nicky91 19-09-2024 12:18 PM

:fan:

lmao

one synthoid had a shield, boo hoo :laugh2: i cannot damage his health, but i can push him off the edge

Mystic Mock 20-09-2024 05:59 AM

I am playing a very experimental Game for myself at the moment called Fallen Girl - Black Rose And The Fire Of Desire.

I'll give you the PG version of the synopsis.:joker:

It's about this Nobelwoman called Brandy Bellotto (I hope that I've spelt that correctly) who gets abducted by this other woman called Elena at a Dinner Party.

Brandy wakes up in a strange room, and in the middle of the room is a Mirror (which Elena enters and exits that room that Brandy is in through the Mirror) and when Elena shows up in the room to taunt Brandy (including 18+ content) Elena acts like herself and Brandy knew each other years ago.

And basically in this Visual Novel, the player has to fight off Elena's psychological mind games that she's trying to do to Brandy.

For what it is it's actually not that bad tbh, Elena in particular is a big selling point imo.
