haha whats up? My body clock is all over the place, i have been going to sleep recently at like 4-5 am and then only waking up at like 1.30-2 pm !

Just pottering about. Not sure what to do with myself. I'm out of sync too, even for a nightowl :/ I know if I head to bed I'll just lay awake and I don't fancy reading but if I stay down here I'll never get back on track

I hate when you have one of those nights, where you literally cannot fall asleep, and the hours go by and you do fall asleep, but then wake up again during the middle of the night and you had only been asleep for like 2 hours and theres still like 4 hours remaining until dawn!

I don't sleep much anyway (usually - I've had a right old binge over Xmas) but normal for me is 4/5 hours a night. I do catch up at weekends though when I can have a lie in
