Real V Chelsea would be intense though. If the friendly between them has bad blood between the players and Jose I can't imagine a CL semi final.

Bayern V Atletico would be cool for an underdog story.

King Gizzard 08-04-2014 11:28 PM

Chelsea would beat Madrid, no way Mourinho is ever letting himself get beat by Madrid

Think the only team Madrid goes through past is Atleti

Thinking another Bayern Chelsea final if they avoid each other

Brother Leon 09-04-2014 01:13 AM

Madrid will beat the lot imo. I'm not reading too much into the Dortmjnd 2nd leg (They Are beyond **** without CR7..Bale is no alpha male yet)..Beating Barca over 2 legs depends if they can keep discipline and avoid red cards though.

Legend killer 09-04-2014 01:16 PM

Suprise suprise Rafa appears in same country and Bale goes hiding again. Guy is as beta as they come no doubt the wife takes the dildo out on him

Legend killer 09-04-2014 01:17 PM

If Patrice plays tonight not even going to bother watching lazy **** will be walking back whilst Robben is driving into our box smh

In Shinji we trust

Would be interesting as most of the madrid players/manager also hate Mourinho with equal passion as he feels about them.

King Gizzard 09-04-2014 01:58 PM

Casillas would straight up be in superman mode

BBfanUSA 09-04-2014 02:51 PM

I would love to see a Madrid Chelsea tie.

Nah. We have Antonio 'see how hard I can smash the ball against left backs ankles' Valencia anyway.

Brother Leon 09-04-2014 05:09 PM

Pep sees Valencia as a "big time player" funnily enough. Maybe he signs him for 20m off us .p

Drew. 09-04-2014 05:13 PM

Atletico and Bayern to go through, two close games like last night.

Legend killer 09-04-2014 05:23 PM

De Gea; Jones, Smalling, Vidic, Evra; Carrick, Fletcher; Valencia, Kagawa, Welbeck; Rooney expected united team

My thoughts
All in all not bad with Rafa missing tbh and if they actually show up in a big game for the first time this season could actually do this tonight

HOWEVER

Evra starting is an absolute joke TBH and anyone that defends him needs to piss right off. The guy has literally not tried to defend in 2 years and if he decides to jog back into our half whilst Bayern attack we will be conceding 3-4 goals tonight Buttner should have got the nod

Fatty will show us once again how the number 10 should not be played but at least Shinji is in the team so hopefully he takes up most of the ball

Would have actually had Valencia at RB with Jones taking Fletch's place and put Nani out wide who in 20 mins at the weekend showed more the both Young and Tony combined have done in the last 2 years

Ryan57 09-04-2014 05:34 PM

Valencia is a massive liability at right back. We should try him in the centre of midfield in future, tbh. He's played there for Ecuador. Built like a brick sh!t house and energetic.

Obviously not instead of buying midfielders, but I bet he'd do better than Fellaini in a big match.

Ryan57 09-04-2014 05:38 PM

De Gea; Jones, Smalling, Vidic (C), Evra; Fletcher, Carrick; Valencia, Rooney, Kagawa; Welbeck

Subs: Lindegaard, Büttner, Ferdinand, Giggs, Januzaj, Young, Hernandez

Neuer - Dante, Ribéry, Mandzukić, Robben, Boateng, Götze, Lahm (C), Müller, Alaba, Kroos

Subs: Raeder - van Buyten, Rafinha, Pizarro, Weiser, Hojbjerg, Weihrauch

No Fellaini at all. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MU9KxjG0u_...g+hard+gif.gif

Bayern's team selection means they are either going to dick us badly or get hit with an upset. Very attacking.

Tony is postionally very poor however due to his pace and strength he actually stays with his man a lot better then either Jones or Smalling who are dread full fullbacks. Not to mention he is actually quite dangerous when attacking from full back due to his speed and no one standing him straight up cause of his deep runs. Plus going with my team you have the benefit of being able to put Jones into CM (perfect for this sort of game) and getting match winner Nani on

As for CM please god no can only imagine how embarrassing his passing would be in that key role

Ryan57 09-04-2014 05:51 PM

Lazy twats couldn't even be bothered to put the team in the correct order.

Legend killer 09-04-2014 05:51 PM

Ryan are you happy with that ****ing bum Patrice starting???

Drew. 09-04-2014 06:00 PM

Gotze to score 2

Ryan57 09-04-2014 06:01 PM

Prefer him to Buttner. Although, as much as I can't stand Buttman, he generally well in the first leg. So a little harsh he doesn't start tonight.

I do fear Robben may tear Evra apart. He needs to stay back at all times, tbh. He's going to need help from whoever ends up on the left. Probably be Kagawa.

Ryan57 09-04-2014 06:14 PM

A bigger worry is Smalling. Not match fit. Wio had a good game last week, and we'll be deep so his lack of pace wouldn't be exposed.

Legend killer 09-04-2014 06:18 PM

Doesn't matter who you have in front of Patrice as he is only is a defensive postion 10% of the time and even then that's after jogging back real slow. Guy is an utter liability and don't be surprised to see him in the other half of the pitch whilst Robben is off celebrating a goal Buttner earned his start and it's bang out of order he didn't get one. Patrice OWES the fans a good performance tonight we have waited for 3 years now and it's time for him to step up to the plate

If he puts in a performance like Buttner's in the first leg I actually think we will win tonight with Smalling getting the first goal from a set piece

PS: That ****ing bum Young ahead of Nani on the bench is another disgrace
