..it can be hard to switch the day off when you get home sometimes but if it's all of the time then that's not good...you know it doesn't really matter what your work load is because each day, you'll just do what you're able to and the rest will be there for you to do the same the next day...nothing will change by being stressed or worried and all it does is to become a circle of being stressed so not sleeping and then being tired so the stress levels build with that...and it's probably why you're not feeling physically well either because stress and lack of sleep make you susceptible to illness..and then it all builds even more....what about a change of routine after work to see if that helps and looking into some relaxation techniques to help...?..
