I genuinely just believe it's because of Scott though, Scott is very egotistical and is not a normal person, as he knows Michelle wasn't involved in getting him out he voted purely on that. Scott has a grasp on a lot of people like Jason etc, and as a result I believe Michelle won just because stupid people were cast who follow 'the big man' or orders. I do believe Aubry would have got Jason's and Debbie's vote easily, perhaps Cydney's also.

MB. 16-08-2016 02:37 PM

Aubry did get Nick's vote

DouglasS 16-08-2016 02:38 PM

Survivor Philippines, Blood vs Water, Cagayan, San Juan Del Sur and this season shows that Survivor is still producing great TV and has not slowed down, unlike Big Brother, with BB12,BB14,BB16,BB18 all being some of the worst. [BB15 not being 'good' either tbh]

Oh yeah. I still feel like had Scott been nullified, Aubry would have won 5-2, with Julia and maybe Debbie voting the other way.

The thing is, Aubry hadn't made her role in orchestrating the votes clear enough - even to her own alliance members, like Julia and Debbie - so the majority of the jury just assumed she was exaggerating at FTC. Julia had a near unbreakable relationship with Michele (which Michele broke, but... that's for another time), Cydney felt betrayed, Debbie's a nutcase... Aubry only really had Neal's and Joe's votes as a lock, and anything she said to plead her case to the jury would have been seen as her inflating the facts, rather than telling the truth as she was

Aubry winning the final reward and nullifying a vote could have made a difference because it would have properly established her as a comp beast in charge of her own game, but it was probably too late by that point tbh

Macie Lightfoot 16-08-2016 02:48 PM

yeah there no way Julia was voting for anyone other than Winchele lol

She doesn't have the whole one million because it's been taxed off. But Aubry has more fans, will be remembered and will be asked back (oh wait she has) so Aubry caring.

Macie Lightfoot 16-08-2016 02:50 PM

yes because getting asked back to the thirty-fourth season of a show with a cult following certainly makes you the true winner over someone who actually won and has the money to show for it

thirty-forth actually...

Michelle won the real state the obvious but Aubry won in my eyes so i don't care about that irrelevant bore.

MB. 16-08-2016 02:53 PM

Meanwhile Michele's currently on vacation in Panama

Macie Lightfoot 16-08-2016 02:55 PM

yes that's why I edited my post already

and you clearly care if you're still bitter about it three or four months after the fact #winchele #controverchele

I don't really care who wins/loses It's only a tv show it doesn't effect my life like it does yours :joker: I'm not bitter lol.

MB. 16-08-2016 02:57 PM

Nothing on Aubry but I'd rather play in an all winners season than in one with Brad Culpepper and Hali

MB. 16-08-2016 02:58 PM

And we're in a reality TV sub-forum on a reality TV board can we not make out like we don't get overly worked up about reality TV results

Macie Lightfoot 16-08-2016 02:59 PM

who's affected? you're the one going on about how Aubry's the true winner bc fans love her and she's playing on a second season bc production is striking while the iron's hot

Braden 16-08-2016 02:59 PM

Can we not with the Hali shade.

She is making it to the final tribal council with Sierra Dawn Thomas.

It's just a bloody saying lol didn't know you take it seriously soz.

It's like when Jason said Davonne stays winning when Shelli sent her home in his rant on his thread.

Quote:

Idk why I'm so fumed actually. Like Da'Vonne gets asked back a year later for BB18 whilst Shelli and Clay aren't together anymore and Shelli is probably now fat somewhere so Da'Vonne stays winning
but ofc you only have an issue when I say it lolol.

MB. 16-08-2016 03:06 PM

stays winning

Winning and money > having more fans.
