With a show this good people are often deeply invested in the ongoing story and even a single crucial spoiler could completely ruin someone's enjoyment of their favorite show which is never a good thing.

True that or even just put book spoiler before the spoiler lol

Niamh. 20-05-2014 11:12 AM

I did actually spoiler the spoiler but I thought Dezzy had read the books :/

Smithy 20-05-2014 11:35 AM

King's Landing scenes are easily the best thing about this show imo, the Melisandre/Daenery's parts were both a bit boring

You watch your tongue when your talking about the red priestess

smeagol 20-05-2014 08:24 PM

last episode was good. a little different to what i thought would happen with regards to the 2 who would do the fight.

game of thrones is not long enough you just cant fit all those stories in one episode and make it thrilling in less than a hour. they should of upped it to 1hr 30
its a short series really as well, and for the size of the story it needs more.

Episode 8 sounds like it is going to be amazing. I don't think it's a spoiler to say that it'll contain Tyrion's trial by combat, the episode title itself gives that away. Here's what one of the creators have said:

“It’s one of the best — if not the best — combat scenes we’ve done so far,” Weiss said. “It’s not just people hacking at each other with spears and swords. It’s the culmination of 20 years of anger and hatred and thirst for vengeance coming to a head in this amazing set piece that [stunt coordinator Paul Herbert and swordmaster C.C. Smiff] have put together. The fight delivers beyond our expectations.”

The episode will also contain:

Spoiler:

The Wildlings attacking Moles Town where Sam put Gilly a few weeks back. Gilly is still alive in the books but I wouldn't be surprised if they kill her... There's no way she'd survive really, is there?
&
Ramsay forcing Theon into Moat Cailin and getting the Ironborn to give it up, then flaying them all. Roose will be in the episode too.

Episode 9 will be entirely about Castle Black/the battle at the wall.

Shaun 21-05-2014 04:02 PM

idk how crucial it would be to future storylines but can't

Spoiler:

oberyn survive :bawling:

Niamh. 21-05-2014 04:12 PM

I think it would be pretty crucial to future storylines

Book Spoiler

Spoiler:

Since, the whole kidnapping Myrcella and her getting injured and unrest amongst the sand snakes are because of his death

Locke. 21-05-2014 04:13 PM

If they changed that then

Spoiler:

Tyrion would be free and wouldn't be executed in episode 10

Niamh. 21-05-2014 04:14 PM

And mostly what Locke said
