Later Zizu, sorry for being a bit ott, but i will never budge on the 2 footed challange that should have been red.

Swan 06-11-2023 09:15 PM

But yeah, beating Spurs is EVERYTHING!! Hence all my passion

Crikey what happened to wake Chelsea up tonight.

Mystic Mock 06-11-2023 09:26 PM

What is it with Neville and some of the other Pundits issue with calling out incompetence from the Referees in the Premier League.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67339304

Don't get me wrong I don't support violence or threatening behaviour towards the Referees (which I know is something that can happen to Football Referees) but I don't think it's "dangerous" for Arteta or any other Manager for that matter to want better officials in the best League of the biggest Sport in the world.

I can't tell if Neville is appealing to the Snowflakes crowd, or if he is supporting what I suspect to be corruption in the Premier League? Because I wonder if he'd be so against Arteta's comments if he was managing Man Utd, and it was them that was being given unfair decisions against Newcastle.

It's because he knows that he can get away with it.

And foul or not, the ball was clearly out for a goal kick beforehand, how the Referee, the Linesman & VAR have all missed that is too unbelievable imo, there needs to be an investigation into that whole incident from an independent panel.

yeah, i think there is much too much frustration/outcry from players and coaches across the league. They need to settle down, and let the refs settle down too. The alterative won't be good for anyone

The Referees aren't helping themselves I feel when they sometimes miss things that Mikey from BB9 would spot.

We always do when we play scummy Spurs

It'll be back to business as usual when City thrash us on Sunday

I agree with you that the challenge from Udogie should've been a red card in the first half, if he'd have caught Sterling full on then he would've broken Sterling's leg.

Well done on the victory btw.

I'll testify that you're correct.

That game against Arsenal was disgusting imo.

It was a clear red for sure, no doubt about it.

It’s fine .. if we can’t get fired up about a game like that we are in trouble

I’m ok with Spurs losing ground .. I prefer watching Liverpool and Arsenal and want them to fight for the league.. ahead of all the others

I hope you can see now that is was a clear red. So lucky Sterling see it coming and moved his leg, otherwise his career would be over.
