Nope it was the shortest amount of time so far, think it only opened this morning.

That's probably why, I think Paul/Victor would have won if people had more time to vote.

Paul and Victor probably split the votes just enough so Corey was able to sneak in there.

Both of these things may have had some effect for sure. At least it was kind of wasted since Corey was gonna be safe this week anyway with Nicole being HOH.

I was dreading Nicole winning HOH but Paul is safe so her hoh is fine.

I don't see how an overnight voting window helps Corey, I would think that'd help feedsters more than anything?

Victor and Paul need to do something quick because if Nicole, Corey or James wins it would be absolutely laughable. They've barely done anything through the entire Season, let alone something that would justify them winning!

I feel pretty good about Paul being safe despite being up as a pawn. Meech going would be almost as good as James going... maybe even better just because James ruined his game and should be going any week now regardless.

I recently came to the sad realization that the Raph's/ LukeB/JerseyWins of the world are the reason why BB loves to cast the Paulie's of the world on the show which basically ensures that we will get a lousy white male winner almost every season. :(

But yeah, I don't even like Paulie that much. I liked him a lot for a while, (then he legitimately annoyed me for like 2 days - kinda painful to watch for me), and overall I'd say he was ok.

I would defend people still liking him though, as I still kinda do as well, because he was a HUGE factor in the game, great player, and even when he got bad I could still see some entertainment in him despite obviously a few comments he's made being unacceptable. "Messy problematic fave" lol

you would think someone who had slack for being an Aaryn fan would actually be quiet and not even judge others :joker: it's just one rule for one and another rule for others. People can like who they want and people can dislike who they want too, I mean this is a big brother forum full of different opinions.. are people supposed to like someone because others do or something? Why should it even matter to them if people like Paulie or people dislike Natalie etc.

I think one thing that's causing confusion is that nobody's ever explained why they've liked Paulie besides Jersey just now. People just default to "well it's my opinion let it be" and "his mannerisms are relatable" any other intangibles like that.

He wasn't a Derrick but he was pretty good. He was on almost everyone's side for a while and controlling who went home every week. He seemed to be trying to imitate Derrick's game and did so in some ways successfully but didn't have some of the small intangibles and general likability that Derrick had with people.

Poor man's Derrick for sure but still a quality, and very involved, player in his own right.

People actually have a few weeks ago .. selective reading/memory. I explained once and Raph had to explain two times all in an hour :joker: his mannerisms are relatable etc is a reason. People shouldn't have to explain 5000 times over and over again.

Paulie tried to play Frank's game when he already saw it fail with the same people. That's got great gameplay.

and I know Raph gave a half-assed explanation about mannerisms once, but I'm pretty sure you just harped on about how it's your opinion so let it be? and then something about how you don't judge BBUS HGs on their behavior, which really seems like a cop out to still like Paulie since you literally criticize Aaryn every chance you get.

I agree.If Paulie managed to get out of the mess I would have thought he is probably better than Derrick. The only thing I would have liked to see from Derrick is to make more unpredictable moves etc I wish he had his back against the wall too to see if he would be able to get out of that.

Paulie absolutely crumbled the first time he experienced adversity. He had a one-track mind and couldn't adapt when people inevitably compared notes.
