The trial by combat was perfect. I liked Oberyn a lot in the books but I loved him in the show, the actor was perfect in this role (and when he was originally cast I didn't like the casting at all). The addition of him shouting towards Tywin when asking who gave the order was brilliant. Ellaria's reaction to what followed was pretty much how I imagine most viewers will be as well, lol. Excellent acting. Oberyn will be missed.
Sansa!!! I guess we're getting into the Sansa that we haven't read about yet from the next book. She has really learned how to play the game now and it'll be great seeing how that works out next season considering we still won't be any closer to getting the book by then. I was a bit annoyed that they had her reveal to the Vale lords that she was Sansa Stark, but then I remembered that Littlefinger was planning to reveal that soon in the books anyway, guess they just decided to make it sooner in the show. In my opinion that should be the last we see of her this season (especially because episode 9 is only featuring characters at Castle Black), but most likely she'll get a scene in ep10.
At long last Jorah has been banished. I guess with Iain Glenn being a Series Regular it made sense to drag it out this long, it'll only be 3/4 episodes that he is missing from now instead of a full season. Emilia Clarke was actually good in this scene as well, first time she hasn't put in a cringeworthy performance since that "Dracarys" moment early last season. Pretty funny that her story is so boring from this point on that they've had to create a romance between Missandei and Grey Worm though.
Roose/Ramsay. That little bastard saying they are going to their new "home" (Winterfell), very annoying. I liked how Roose showed no affection or fondness or any emotion at all after legitimizing Ramsay and him going down on his knees and pledging himself to him. Horrible Boltons. The stuff in Moat Cailin felt a bit rushed and wasn't anywhere close to the books, but Alfie Allen was great in that scene.
