Weather's going to be dreadful here tomorrow so Andrew and I are trying to find somewhere sunny to spend the day.

Any recommendations? Anywhere in the South West area

finally it's becoming a bit lovelier summer weather this week :flutter:

averages of 26C, and thursday we get 24C

Nicky91 02-07-2018 12:27 PM

okay i looked it up, we're having dry weather till the weekend of 14th and 15th of July, then we might get some rain (finally)

and after that on monday 16th, 25C

let's hope so, cause it just needs to rain again

Twosugars 02-07-2018 12:39 PM

I water the plants but the grass is in a right state and the ground all cracked

LT, any chance of rain in SE London this week? They mentioned Wed, but didn't sound too convincing.

no not really. The MO are murmuring about the odd isolated shower around weds but it seems unlikely or significant

Twosugars 02-07-2018 12:52 PM

I thought as much. Thanks for confirming

Jack_ 03-07-2018 01:18 PM

I'm erect

Heaven

Nicky91 03-07-2018 01:28 PM

not 40C :skull:

anyway our dutch weather site, weerplaza i filled in our address for the weather update where we live, and it says 27C for 2 weeks, till 14th of July when the rain chance increases

Crimson Dynamo 03-07-2018 01:28 PM

Scotland broke a record in June in Motherwell 33.2 C beat the previous 32.9 record

i think when the rain comes, it will pour out of the sky like loads of rain, cause now we haven't got rain for weeks, it only builds up more and more in the clouds

my point is it must come down at some point, and i think we might be cautious for potential flooding then :worry:

Nicky91 03-07-2018 01:34 PM

next coming days, tomorrow one last day of heat and then averages between 23C and 25C on thursday, Friday

and saturday averages between 23C & 28C

sunday average between 23C & 27C

i'm at least happy the 30 is going away for a few days then here with me

yes there is a tropical storm forming near the coast of america, and it looks to be bound for europe, but then it isn't a storm anymore, usually it does give us cooler weather

but there's some hope then
