My mum got this Robbie album ages ago and I found it in the house and chucked it under my parent's bed because no one would find it. But my mum was cleaning and found it a while ago and wouldn't let me destroy it. But now she gave it to me and said I could do what I want with it!! I'm thinking hammer......

World Rights to a photographic book by Take That have been acquired by Rowland White at Michael Joseph from Eugenie Furniss and Sol Parker at William Morris and Jonathan Wild at 10 Management. The book is to be published in two volumes and will celebrate the Take That story, from the formation of the band in 1990 right up to the present day.

The images will include personal pictures, previously unseen images from the Take That archive, as well as specially commissioned, stunning new photography. The accompanying text will be written by the band.

Jonathan Wild, on behalf of the band said: "The guys have wanted to do a book for a long time, but it was important that the timing, as well as the creative idea was right. They’re really looking forward to producing what will be a fantastic collector’s piece featuring imagery spanning almost two decades along with comment which is both honest and personal."

White said: "The inspiring return of Take That has been pop's biggest and best good news story. And nothing short of astonishing. I'm very proud indeed that Penguin will be collaborating with the nation’s favourite band on this ground- breaking and enormously exciting project."

The book will be published in October 2009 following the band’s summer tour.

Think I'll be after the book when it comes out - another one to add to my collection of stuff!

Thought I'd do a Take That banner as well seeing as I haven't done any banners for ages!

Princess 24-04-2009 10:28 PM

Love the banner Nicola!

Hmm fire is always good, slow and satisfying, hehehehehehehe.
Not that I've ever burnt a CD before *cough*leona*cough*

Princess 24-04-2009 11:08 PM

Yeah but the hammer will let all my anger out..

Crying at RTW..... *sighs*

Nicola 25-04-2009 05:27 PM

I'd better not let my bloke loose with a hammer when there's any Take That CD's lying around - he'll destroy them!

Working on my Take That site at the moment, might even do a few more banners like the one I'm using now!

Princess 30-04-2009 07:29 PM

ARGHHHHHHHHH. More tickets going on sale tomorrow morning and AMAZING support acts confirmed! Soooooooooooooooo excited now.

Quote:

Following unprecedented demand for tickets (erm, hello, they’re Take That), Gary, Mark, Howard and Jason are set to release a further 15,000 tickets for this summer’s The Circus tour. Screeeam! The boys have also confirmed their support-line up – which includes the likes of The Script, The Saturdays, The James Morrison and The Lady GaGa (as long as she's recovered from her "exhaustion" in time) – with the extra 15,000 tickets going on sale at 9am tomorrow. While speculation grows as to whether Robbie will join the lads on their tour, can we just take this opportunity to look at the above picture... Swoon. So, will you be first in line for tickets tomorrow morning? We're planning on going to see the guys at least five times.
