The only way we get a tie is if both Kevin and Paul throw hinky votes independent of one another, which totally is not going to happen, but Paul is suuuuuuch a neurotic dictator about how the vote *NEEDS* to be 7-3 that he would totally cast a stray vote just to cause mayhem over it.
