The Georgia counties still reporting only 80% of the total votes (the majority are reporting 98%) include Chatham, DeKalb, and Dougherty for Biden, and 5 counties for Trump. The big difference though is population and number of voters: 450,000 for Biden and under 100,000 for Trump :worry:

NYT has been tilting Georgia to Biden ever-so-slightly for most of the day (since mid morning) and it hasn't wavered yet... I can only assume this is based on potential mail-ins.

of the other "undeclared ones" I assume Maine and Nevada are safe blues and NC, Alaska are safe reds.

if the margin of a vote is within 1% the candidate can request a recount, it is not mandatory .... that is the rule
