I have had a square sausage and an omelette for breakfast (well I had it about lunch time)

And 2 cups of tea.

I have a cold and feel like crap so will probably just have soup later for my dinner if I get hungry.

I've never seen a square sausage. We only get rounds ones here in the US.

I'm Scottish, a square sausage is normal to us.

Yep they fit perfectly on Scottish plain bread cut in half (I don't eat white bread though)

Its just the exact same meat as in links sausages only it isn't encased in a skin.

lostalex 02-03-2014 05:20 PM

Wendy's has square Hamburgers, i guess it's like that. Maybe Wendy's last name is McIntyre :D

McDonald's sounds Scottish though, they should have the square burgers, you'd think.

6 inch Italian herbs and cheese meatball marinara sub with spicy cheese/tomatoes/lettuce/peppers/sweetcorn/jalapenos and southwest sauce. So fatty but sooo good, it really hit the spot :flutter: not gonna eat anything else today apart from cereal and a few small snacks. I need to stick to 1200-1300 calories and that's already like 700. I've lost quite a bit of weight apparently according to a few friends & cousins who I haven't seen in a while. Idk exactly how much though because my weight scale is broke lol

Josy 04-03-2014 11:41 AM

Never had a breakfast because I wasn't awake at that time (through being unwell not laziness :nono:)

So I just had a mushroom and tomato omelette for lunch just then with a slice of wholemeal bread.

Not sure if I will have a dinner yet.

Josy 04-03-2014 11:42 AM
