Everybody should watch this film. I won't do a write up about what it's about, I'll just say that it's the greatest acting performance by a child you'll ever see. Idris wasn't half bad either.

I will on BluRay in 1080P

I refuse to join Netflix
as it does not match what i get on
SkyHD Full Package

I enjoyed it
nice to see Robin Williams
in one of his last films.

Nice to see a monkey - so well trained

I watched this last night too thought it was good

A simple solution for you here arista. Rather than spend £15 on the blu-ray (which isn't out yet), you can spend that £15 on a 3 month membership (first month free) and watch the film anyway.

Netflix can Not match what SkyHD gives me
that is a Fact

Every Friday a New Movie is on SkyMoviesHD Premier
plus Live Raw WWE 1 or 2AM every week

Netflix can not match that

Jurassic World - 8/10

Much better than I expected it to be. I'd say it's the 2nd best overall and one thing that stood out for me was Chris Pratt, he was great in his role

We Need to Talk About Kevin - 8/10

I've been wanting to watch this for a long time, and i've read the book so I kind of knew what to expect in some parts of the film. The way the story was told was a nice touch and the character development of Eva and Kevin was brilliant too

Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones - 6/10

Pretty average, but was still worth the watch. Unlike the other PA's and basically every horror, the characters were actually likeable. The ending was unexpected and gives some meaning to the whole franchise

Creep (2014) - 9/10

Probably one of the most bizzare films i've watched. It's just really weird and the character 'Josef' is a ****ing psycho. It's mixture of horror, suspense and black humour makes it a must watch in my opinion

Captain America: The First Avenger

Decided to give this a rewatch last night and I enjoyed it even more this time around. The 1940s setting, Red Skull and Zola as antagonists and Peggy Carter (who I rather adore as you might be able to guess) all contribute to this being my favourite entry in the MCU.

9/10

Love story 9/10

Duel (1971) directed by Steven Spielberg

If you haven't seen it already, give it a go. It's gripping and plays with your mind. Very good. I would give it 9/10. It's over 40 years old but doesn't feel it at all.

I'd love to say that it was a Francis Ford Coppola or a Scorsese or a Coen Brothers but no, it was Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa

andybigbro 29-12-2015 09:49 PM

Ant-Man.

Really enjoyed it :D

Smithy 29-12-2015 09:53 PM

Daddy's Home - not really a fan of will ferrell and the film was pretty predictable but it was pretty funny at times, 6/10

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Movie

9/10

Although I had to watch it at the Empire Cinema in Newcastle rather than Tyneside Cinema. Tyneside Cinema will screen it, but only to their children's club where you can only go in if you are a parent or guardian of a child in attendance.

If you do go and see it, stay right to the end of the credits, I was the only one who did, and got rewarded with a clever Easter Egg.

If you ever remember the Snoopy TV shows, it sounded like they even had the original voice over artists for the characters

Reason for not being 10/10

Spoiler:

It only lost a point because the Red Headed girl speaks to him at the end, and Schulz when he was alive in an interview indicated Charlie would never get to speak to her, so am not sure, if Schulz was alive he would have approved of that scene, although one of the names on the credits was Jean Schulz

And yes I do have a library of Snoopy cartoon books
