well at least we are giving our plants the water they need, not every day but more like 1 day we give water, and next day we don't, to not waste water

we have been away so the grass is shrivelled, my son watered the pots but I think there is probably a hose pipe ban now

oh well you can send the government a bill of your garden damage then, because of the hose pipe ban you couldn't water them properly :fan:

ok it feels a bit cold this morning, but anyway this cooler weather is good for the plants, to have a rest day from all the heat they've gone through the last few weeks :hee:

tomorrow it will be 23C to 25C here with me, and the next couple days it will be between 26C and 27C so it is decent summer weather

Nicky91 16-07-2018 03:48 PM

next 2 weeks heatwave here :bawling: :bawling:

Cherie 16-07-2018 03:54 PM

well that's the one thing what stops me from being completely depressed, that it cools down at night

Looks like we may get some cooler weather here in Manchester, according to the bbc forecast. Is that right LT?

Nicky91 18-07-2018 09:14 AM

i guess this is normal july summer weather

no real water warnings here in my province of Brabant yet, but i'm already cautious now not to waste too much water

but i gotta shower and brush my teeth, and drink a lot with this heat

btw is there still a water warning in UK, since some places there has been some rain now

but mostly weather here will be like 26C or 28C average, with an exception of maybe 1 day in the 30C

and it does cool down really well in the evening, which is also good for the water that it doesn't overheat too much cause i think that can happen if it stays hot in the evenings as well

Jack_ 18-07-2018 06:29 PM

The only thing this great summer has missed so far (and it's a very minor gripe) is some mid 30s heat like we had in 2015

Let's hope it comes off :cheer2:

Nicky91 18-07-2018 06:30 PM

:nono: i don't want that vile heat Jack

Crimson Dynamo 19-07-2018 07:28 AM

Nicky next Thurs and Friday could see you hit 36C

:omgno:
