It couldn't have possibly been me.. I didn't even speak to Daniel that night and I would have no reason to hate him! He's my friend! Besides, I had already head down to dinner at the time of his death, and I don't have the knowledge to turn off lift controls!

Poth's alibi...
I admit that I argued with everyone but I was already eating my soup when the accident happened- I don't even know how he died, none of us do! Daniel and I never really got on, but I wouldn't hurt a fly...

Adamski's alibi..
I had an argument with Daniel, but I was too cross to leave my room for hours... I hadn't even gone down to dinner when the accident happened, I was sulking in my room! Daniel is annoying yes, but I'm no murderer.

Pretty convincing alibis, you all have ONE GUESS AS A TEAM! Discuss!

Let me explain.. In his alibi Poth stated that nobody knew how Daniel died, however Mokka mentioned about messing with the lift controls.. Even if Poth was lying, the lift controls being broken is extremely specific... Furthermore.. Mokka DID talk to Daniel that night, as revealed in the backstory..
