Pretty crap, very predictable, I knew what was going to happen and the ending was no surprise at all

I didn't see it coming till near the end.

Kick Ass. Didn't warm to this film at all, which is probably due to the fact that I found the leading actor leaden and unlikeable. Cage and his daughter were the best part of the entire film.

The Men Who Stare at Goats. Another 'inspired by true events' film - it's an amusing story of the US army's attempts to use new age / psychic powers.

The best bits are the comic bits that are taken from the book (haven't read) - like the flashback scenes. There is a main plot involving the Iraq war, which I didn't think was as successful.

I rewatched robocop.

Great film, so chessy and funny :)

I watched Notting Hill.. I'm not a huge fan of comedy but have a soft spot for Richard Curtis' romcoms (and Hugh Grant)
Rhys Ifans made me laugh out loud in this too.

A couple of films i Just watched the karate kid 2010 starring wil smiths son and with jackie chan as his trainer it was better than i expected it to be if im honest pretty enjoyable.

I also just watched the new A-Team film i expected it to be cheesy as hell but once again i got to say its a pretty damn good film plenty of nods to the original series and i really enjoyed it.
ive no idea how it might go down with those too young to remember the original though time will tell i guess.

Toy Story 3.

Not only the best in the Toy Story series, but the best animated film of all time. It's actually hard to think of a better film made in the past 10 years. It really was that good, especially for audiences in their early 20s (like myself) who grew up with the first two films. Simply incredible.

Being 16, I really grew up with Toy Story, very emotional for me. Best animated movie ever, left nothing unanswered.

Descent part 2, was okay, not as good as the first one, but still a pretty good horror flick.

James 20-07-2010 12:54 AM

I watched Up, the Pixar film. I thought it was very good (in the moving scenes and great animation) but maybe not quite the masterpiece that some of the reviews suggested.

Princess 20-07-2010 03:21 AM

Spiceworld

Not ashamed to say I LOVEEEEEEEEE that movie.
