Dan_ 03-03-2007 04:50 PM

Should have bet on you winning again today lol.

Stevenage's unbeaten run comes to an end away to Oxford, too many players had off days today and we need to step it up against Woking tuesday, at least Morison and Miller will be back.

Jay 03-03-2007 07:59 PM

Crawley 1-2 Aldershot

Goals from Pritchard and Dixon didn't play that bad but could of done better but managed to get the 3 points.

Mrluvaluva 03-03-2007 08:01 PM

Siouxsie 03-03-2007 08:57 PM

Siouxsie 04-03-2007 12:14 PM

James 04-03-2007 06:28 PM

Hibs 0 Rangers 2, at least Celtic can't win the title in the Old Firm match now, hehe.

Cracking game between West Ham and Spurs there. West Ham 2-0 up at half-time, Spurs get it back to 2-2, then West Ham score again in the 85th minute but Spurs score twice more before then end to win.

SiMoN! 06-03-2007 07:34 PM

half time liverpool 0-0
that good because if it stays like this they willl be in the next round

me thinks anyway

James 06-03-2007 07:38 PM

Liverpool have been the best side in the first half.

SiMoN! 06-03-2007 07:44 PM

SiMoN! 06-03-2007 08:17 PM

Red Moon 06-03-2007 08:57 PM

well done Liverpool... is the score the same now?

Dan_ 06-03-2007 09:11 PM

It was a nervous night for me what with following Liverpool and supporting Stevenage.

The Liverpool game was very good and they were class in the first half but just couldnt get that goal that they so richly deserved and then the sucker punch with Barcelona scoring but they always seemed pretty comfortable with everything else that Barca threw at them.

Stevenage totally dominated the first half by the sounds of it and go the vital goal after good work by Nurse and Morison who opted to pass when he could have shot but showed he's not selfish and Mark Hughes stroked it home and then the 2nd half Woking threw everything at us but it was mainly long balls and great defending from Gaia and Henry restricted them to hardly any chances and we do the double over the rivals for the first time in lord knows how long and some of the other results went our way and at one point they all seemed to be going our way but a couple of late goals got Morecambe a draw and wins for Exeter and York .Ah well I cannot complain at a win.

InTheHood 07-03-2007 01:11 PM

Ajax 0-1 Heerenveen :thumbs2::cheer2::cheer:

No Afonso at the moment either, so after a couple of bad results, this was more unexpected than usual.

The brawl in the Inter/Valencia tie :rolleyes:

Dan_ 07-03-2007 02:44 PM

What a numpty that David Navarro is,sucker punch then running off :bored:

BigSister 07-03-2007 03:21 PM

 I think by your report Dan you beat woking if you didnt then just ignore me
We drew 1-1 with Bristol rovers scored in 90th min adraws ok but now we need to find afew wins from somewhere:sleep:

Dan_ 07-03-2007 04:53 PM

It's been a tough season for Accrington really, losing your 2 best players has kept you near the bottom, a draw with Bristol Rovers is a decent result but as you say you need a few more wins yet.How many games you got left?

BigSister 07-03-2007 05:26 PM

erm im not sure i think 10 ill go and look

Yep 10 left 9 after saturdays match

Dan_ 07-03-2007 06:42 PM

Oh right not long at all then, we have 13 league games and two in the trophy, first time conf has been behind the league at this stage of the season.

sol 09-03-2007 06:17 PM

I found out today that Argyle are going to be on BBC1 on Sunday!

Dan_ 09-03-2007 07:46 PM

Yeah, all the quarter finals are on tele I believe.Three on BBC and one on SKY.

Siouxsie 10-03-2007 11:00 AM

Haway the lads we can beat Barnsley

Dan_ 10-03-2007 04:19 PM

1-0 win for us at Grays.First goal in a Boro shirt for Santos Gaia :D.Over 1000 Stevenage fans at Grays today and they were certainly in full voice, could barely hear the commentary at one point.Still the 2nd leg at home next saturday to get through but it's great to have the advantage and a step closer to the final at wembley.
