Ok, that's strange. There normally up at the latest by 1, must be a delay or something.

Without plus one bots got around 700k

mrmattybeck1 26-07-2014 03:40 PM

718k for bots as well last night that bbuk rating is without plus one

Will. 26-07-2014 03:46 PM

pretty decent, so with +1 1.3 ish. Had a fair bit of competition. BBOTS did well.

Will. 26-07-2014 03:48 PM

It came 4th in its slot I think, just beat Channel 4 by a very small margin.

Sure it beat BBC2 too.

So, yeah 1.3m incl +1 I predict which would make it the joint highest rated eviction with Toya's eviction (which got 1.30m), last week 1.2m or 1.3m, can't remember?

Good for BOTS.

oh did it, I must have red the wrong show, I'll check again.

Will. 26-07-2014 04:03 PM

One-hour special The Secret History of Our Streets was BBC Two's highest-rated show with 1.61 million (8.8%)

It got beating by BBC 2 from 9-10

Rob! 26-07-2014 04:10 PM

Meh not bad. Not great either though.
Looks like 1.2 is where it's going to stay till the final.

Big Brother 2014 ratings are on course to be the lowest since the series move to Channel 5.

This summer’s series has so far averaged 1.53 million viewers to date, according to Official audience figures provided by TV ratings company BARB.

It’s down almost 400,000 viewers on last year’s series average of 1.9 million viewers and 70,000 on the two series previous to that.

So far the show has lost an average of 150,000 viewers since launch week, which averaged around 1.67 million viewers.

This month’s earlier Armageddon twist saw a slight boost to the numbers with a high of 1.6 million viewers for the live twist, the most watched episode since launch night.

But the figures well back to their previous levels last week with Friday’s latest eviction attracting 1.2 million viewers.

However Bit On The Side has been doing surprisingly well despite the low numbers watching the main show, with over 700,000 tuning in to the latest instalment on Friday evening.

Big Brother will continue into August on Channel 5 before the new series of Celebrity Big Brother kicks off.

as long as it stays above 1.5, I don't think it will be a crisis, although I think ratings are starting to pick up, did't last week get some 1.3ish overnights.

Are they talking overnights or officials though because officials have been pretty good...

LukeB 26-07-2014 11:48 PM

good theme an all should of got some better housemates

Will. 26-07-2014 11:59 PM

its so annoying, amazing house and great theme but some disappointing HMs. week 6 had 2 overnight ratings above 1.5 and last sunday picked up with 1.51, so pretty sure they are slowly picking up. I'm guessing an average view of 1.6 with the officials if we keep getting at least 3 ratings overnight with above 1.4. Wiki never has hardly any officials with +1

The 1.53m official is with 1/3 of the +1 ratings missing, so far the official average is 1.6m with the +1 which makes it equal to BB12 and BB13. No cause for concern considering it's on par to the general civilian series.

But quality wise, have to agree it's been a come down since BB14 and especially CBB13. Maybe that's why BB15 looks poorer, because it followed a critically acclaimed series of CBB13. Hence why BB4 gets stick to, following the huge BB3. Had BB4 followed BB1, it wouldn't be regarded as bad as it has been.
