1. The Bedsit - BB5
2. The Unlucky 13th Housemate - BB6
3. The Secret Garden - BB6
4. The House Next Door 2.0 - BB7
5. The Lie Week thing - BB6

Jamie89 04-04-2016 05:46 PM

I have a bad memory for them but The Bedsit is my fave

Daniel. 04-04-2016 05:52 PM

The Bedsit, followed by The Secret Garden and Rich and Poor. Two Lies was fantastic as well and gave us possibly the most dramatic eviction in BB history.

I will never get the love for the HND. The idea was good but it was executed poorly and the week set there was a dull mess...

TomC 05-04-2016 04:41 PM

My favourite twists are...

BB5 Bedsit.
BB5, BB6 and BB9 surprise evictions.
BB6 Secret Garden.
BB6 Two Lies.
BB7 HND (It didn't really work in practise but it was such a good idea).
BB9 Heaven and Hell.

Jason. 05-04-2016 06:10 PM

Heaven and Hell was Tesco Rich and Poor divide from BB3

Jason. 05-04-2016 06:10 PM

And I forgot about the Secret Garden, that's in my top 5

Nah it was quite the opposite! Much more budget and thought went into Heaven and Hell and a house divide worked slightly better in the BB9 than the BB3 one.

I've never read a post I disagreed with more. BB9 was absolute trash and the tasks were so unimaginative, rich and poor was far better.

More budget? They couldn't stretch to more than a few plastic gates.

I was talking about the tasks that accompanied the HoH competitions etc. BB3 was like shooting hoops?

But yeah, I preferred Heaven and Hell overall, just my opinion :hee:

Also Dan, if we're talking tasks, the BB10 tasks were largely regurgitating BB9 ones.

Daniel. 05-04-2016 09:16 PM

BB10 tasks were trash  I've never said different. The Alice in Wonderland was great though.

BIB: Glad you understand! But I did like the Tudor task.

Marsh. 05-04-2016 09:23 PM

BB10 was trash in every aspect.

Daniel. 05-04-2016 09:23 PM

BB5 and BB6 were the only two series with great tasks imo. Even BB7's sucked.

Sans the Prison Task, which was amazing.

TomC 05-04-2016 09:28 PM

I am sure the BB5 shopping task was iconic every week

Daniel. 05-04-2016 09:29 PM

The wedding was iconic and cements Shell as a legend.

Pete. 05-04-2016 10:09 PM

Shell

Babayaro. 06-04-2016 10:50 AM

Not Shell :yuk:

Dominic 06-04-2016 11:49 AM

That's kind of what I liked about it tbh. It wasn't too serious and the tasks to decide which side the HM's were on every week were just simple/silly games like musical chairs or an obstacle course for instance. That made fun viewing watching the housemates play them.

Plus, the tasks for the rich and poor divide were Saturday Night live tasks which aired for half an hour live so they couldn't really have a massive and proper weekly shopping-esque task like BB9 did.
