Some of the resignations from the Shadow Front Bench were pretty pathetic tbh. Like, why is Jess Phillips essentially putting a foreign conflict above protecting women and girls, one of her stated priorities, and the position she was in before she stepped down?

It's a good idea.
How he plans to see it through however is what's important. Nurseries are stretched and some struggling. So he needs a lot of meat put on the bones of this policy in order to convince. |
the only way the country can pay for it is by forcing more people into work, mothers probably in this instance. So, that is a double edged sword

Starmer is taking media questions
ONE Question each only he stated |
Starmer & Sunak TV debate
Starmer said Bring it on. |
Unfortunately the way the media set up the TV debates, makes them near irrelevant.
They often get bogged down often by silly points laboured over and questions which are a waste of time too. As for Starmer and his speech today. A lot of words, some impressive but very little that is new or inspirational. |

That Emily on GB News this afternoon going out of her way calling Starmer a SIR every five seconds. Almost on her knees 'we are not worthy'.:joker::joker: I couldn't stop laughing. Those titles always make me laugh. They're just meaningless words. To me anyway. :p |
