I know this has moved on a bit from the dreams/sleep topic, but I'm pretty sure I have had the sleep paralysis thing happen to me a few times, always the same thing it feels as if someone is there but I can't move to turn around and see who it is, its really scary.

Nothing really exists though does it.

I used to have it a lot when I was little.

It got to the stage where I knew I would be waking up soon, because a hole would open in the ground and I would have to jump down it to wake up.

And an old woman use to be lurking nearby. She was in a wheelchair, and when I see her I knew what was about to happen. I had this for years.

I have dreams were I know that I'm dreaming and try to wake myself up.

She lived opposite us.

She scared me, probably why I dreamed about her.

Yeah it's scary and you feel really panicky for a little while afterwards.

I read somewhere that it can be a symtom of migraines, which I suffer from..it's very disturbing when it happens

I have never had Migraines though,thats what makes it even more weird.

You could talk to voices in your head and get a response, doesn't mean anything.

Probably hallucinating, that happens when people have fevers

How do you know you're actually eating it? Where is the proof apart from your own perception that it's actually there?

I don't know, but if I eat too much I get fat and the scales tell me that I'm heavier? Isn't that proof that I'm here??

There is no proof nothing exists. Because existence is a concept we made up, so how can we be sure it is true?

If we dont exist though then how can we make stuff up?
