I wish Corrie would just keep to a strict schedule. Although.. I suppose If they have filmed a certain number of episodes, and they didn't realise that the football would be on, then they have to fit in that episode somewhere in the week to keep the timing right.

Thats why they moved the Wednesday episode though, for the football. OK not the world cup but I can't see it altering the scheduling hugely anyway. It's never bothered them before, cutting the odd show
