As it looks like Ben and Raef will stand no chance now, I hope that Colin and Justin win if they are nice on the trip. Loving Brendan as usual  Brendan in that tutu  |
Ben's quiff still hasn't recovered completely from when it was butchered on BBLB:sad: However, it doesn't detract from his innate gorgeousness:blush2:

Ben and Raef were the only one that made the show half-decent, up until they came on it was crap.
|
The two blokes from Eastenders are a right pair of twats!:nono: Nice bit of inverted snobbery from them there, no wonder Ricky's wife ran off with another man as soon as she lost all that weight:joker: Come to think of it I thought Ricky Groves was a nob when he was on Strictly as well:joker: I don't like Ingrid and the other older woman either.
Looks like either Alex and Ricky or Bianca and Imogen get tomorrow's yellow card. I do know how long Ben lasted for because he accidentally let slip on the radio the other night:joker: But I won't spoil it for anyone on here ;) |
Why have we got THREE ex Eastenders on CCT? And as for the Chuckle Brothers, if they say "from you to me" one more time! AAAARRGHHH.
|
After waiting so long for the programme to be on our TV screens, I was rather disappointed at how they mish mashed it the way they did, into that half hour :( It needs at the least a good hours showing each day.
I wasn't disappointed in Ben and Raef in the least, they were great in todays, and I am sure they will be for as long as they last on the trip :) |

But Ben looked utterly gorgeous! Good enough to eat! Ben please marry me now I want to have your quiffheaded babies!!! |
It was too short, I agree, also why did Ben and Raef join later anyway, that put them at a disadvantage in the vote after only half a day with the others.
I didn't get that. |

You're right - it probably made quite a difference  |

When I've watched Coach Trip before the travelers do seem to vote for the new arrivals at first, it's almost cliquey and they don't like "newbies". However after a few days they start voting for the people who are most getting on the nerves. I expect someone else to get the yellow card tomorrow.

Too short, too short. Ben and Raef made the show :dance:. The jealous thugs will have them out though......

From reading the tweets of Imogen and Bianca, and the interview with the Chuckle Brothers on DS, it seems there are few juicy rows to look forward to.

Evening All !! :xyxwave:
Just watched the show and much as it was great to see Ben & Raef, I think they are going out 'first' - by the sounds of things: Ricky & 'Trevor' def have taken instant dislike to them, as have Ingrid and the other EE woman. hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and these pair will have it in for Ben and Raef at the next vote: I'm sure. shame as I was looking forward to seeing what I thought would be a likable guy in the 'Trevor' chap. Something about Ingrid Tarrant, can't put my finger on it - but makes me dislike her. I did have to laugh when Brendan asked her where she normally holidays - in fairness, all she was doing was answering his question - and Brendan cattily cut her off by saying, "Ingrid, name dropping already".:hugesmile: Oh Brendan, you bitch...but funny! When Ben and Raef arrived: seeing them sitting on the coach, they looked like 2 naughty schoolboys, sitting politey but itching to get up to mischief ....... and they looked as cute as anything, but I have to say, I didn't like Raef's arrogance showing when he was asserting that he & Ben were 'the celebrities' in comparison to everyone else. Yes, 'Trevor' and Ricky were displaying inverted snobbery - but Raef's comments were equally as bad on a snobbish level: given that 3 were EE actors, 1 was from BB, and then the Chuckle Brothers - all involved in 'stereotypical' shows that normally have working class audiences in the main (if that makes sense). Any fan of EE would have most likely have viewed the EE crew as the 'celebs' - it all depends on what people have an interest in. So sorry Raef, but I think you displayed too much arrogance there. I'm just thankful that Ben didn't actually vocalise this himself, instead, chosing to have that carefully thought out expression on his face as though he was 'mulling over Raef's comment rather than agreeing with it'. On the flip side - I do think the pair of them are going to be a laugh - and if given time - others on the coach would most likely see that too but I think they both missed out on bonding even for that one day - and their late arrival has automatically put them at a distinct disadvantage. If only they had been there for the ballet lessons, they might have had a chance to bond with Ricky and Trevor (all men having a laugh dressed in tutus etc) and it may have been the opportunity to 'win R&T' over. I think that they will be the first to go. :bawling::bawling: For Chuckle Brother fans.... sorry..... I have never liked them, and still don't. Not into slapstick comedy. A joke wears thin as well as punchlines/catch lines, didn't find them amusing at all. Off the cuff a bit... but what about the Ballet School Owner/Teacher. Christ - talk about needing to loosen up a bit. All high and mighty with her rudeness to them all because they weren't taking it too seriously! If she wanted to maintain a degree of her own snobbery- she might well reconsider agreeing to allowing a lighthearted reality tv show camera crew in next time. Stuck up cow. |
Hi Mids, so good you told us twice:hugesmile::hugesmile:
I do agree with you about the Raef comment, but then he always did have that air of superiority about him, not self depreciating like our Ben. Still no excuse for the snobbery from the EE boys, totally out of order to say they are going to vote them out every day until they are gone, but anyhow it will all make for a bit of drama, and I have found my villians now to pour scorn on.:dance::dance: |

Thing is, I liked and loathed Raef in equal measures on The Apprentice -he does himself an absolute disservice with that edge to him. Had to laugh though when Ben was giving him the piggy back - true saying about men (all men), they never really grow up do they! Even in the 'trailer' for the next show at the beer baths, the two EE men flashing the girls... typical boyishness daftness (whether you like it or not is another story) - but it is typical lads having a laugh. I really don't like them for not displaying their own brand of inverted snobbery. No need for it. *slaps them around the head* I think Bianca and Imogen will bond quite well with all but Ingrid and the other woman. I don't know the full 'crew' who are due to come on board, but I do love Colin and Justin -looking forward to them, but in the interim, looking forward to seeing Ben (and Raef - if he can button it a bit) in the next show - I do think they both have the ability to laugh at themselves. |
^^^^^^^
I love it how these random members pop up from nowhere. I still need to catch up on this!! But grrrrr Eastenders.. I hope none of the 3 Eastender celebrities wins :( |
Ooo I got it on now. On 4od already :)
